Kale chips are super easy to make and crave your hunger for potato chips. We make them all of the time in our house and they are a great way to start your healthy eating for 2013.
Ingredients:
- Kale
- Olive oil
- Garlic, one clove, diced
- Salt/Pepper
- Turn broiler on low.
- Wash kale and dry. Remove leaves from the stems. Tear into bite size pieces.
- Place on baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil, sprinkle garlic and add salt and pepper.
- Bake until edges are slightly brown. They should be crispy.
- Serve immediately.

how long do you broil them for? Also what is low? 350 degrees?

Delete350: 7 minutes.
You want them to start turning brown but don't let them turn all of the way brown!
